Day 171/170/1 - Which should I call it?

Alcohol Units: nope
Running Units: ha!
Other exercise Units: attempts at walking
Stretching Units: as much as my body will let me. all day. at night. as often as possible

first issue on the docket. what do i do with my day count? keep going? start over as day 1 post marathon? start counting backwards? i haven't decided yet and i need help!

okay so last night couldn't sleep. so so so tired and couldn't sleep. woke up this morning at 5 - that's right - 5! Had to use the restroom and get more water. One small problem... legs went on full lock down during the night. i mean 100% could not move them. was walking like a cartoon character with casts on both legs.

i managed to fall asleep after an hour or so which was ridiculous.

got up at 9 or so because i just couldn't sleep anymore. decided my first action would be to walk to the starbucks. the one that's blocks from my house. the one that is minutes away. took me 1 full hour to get there and back. yeah. fun.

got back and took another epsom salt bath to continue to loosen things up. then went into work. first question everyone asked - did you finish? i knew this would be their first question and it is part of what kept me going so i proudly said Yes!

work was okay at first and then i got tired at 3:30 and everything just kind of slowed down. also every time i stood up from my desk the legs had re-cramped. all day. so painful!

still not much of an appetite. not sure when that's returning but i know it will. no chance my body will be kind enough to return to the days when i could eat far less.

i'm so sorry your legs are so stiff!! it will get better i promise!!
