Day 159 - Last Track Workout

Alcohol Units: nope
Running Units: not too sure
Other exercise Units: 0
Stretching Units: yup

I had zero desire to attend this last group workout. I came home and decided to eat chips and hot sauce as a snack before running. As you can imagine that doesn't sit well.

I tried running but my legs were tighter than I realized so I walked pretty much all of it. Coach Ed wanted me to keep running but I stood firm and said "No!" Actually it was more like "nope, not going to happen"

Looks like it's time for another massage.
