Day 167 - Rest

Stretching Units: yup

Friday night and it's time to rest.  I have zero plans this weekend other than resting and drinking more water than I normally would.  Hydrate hydrate hydrate.  I did a very long stretch trying to incorporate in Raul's advice.  Let's hope it works.
