How was our last group run today? We have one week left until our marathon.
Our distance was 8 miles today. That's 1/2 the distance of last week. I swear it was harder than last week! How is that? It could be that my burn was causing some problems. The dehydration from yesterday probably didn't help much. The sheer exhaustion I felt at the end of yesterday might have also contributed.
Now it's light exercise until the marathon. Oh and trying not to panic.

i never know when mileage is all of a sudden going to feel like twice the distance. sorry about the burn! BUT maybe the marathon will seem EASY compared to all this?! i am sending vibes for no more earthquakes!

i want you to keep this blog going too!!! i think you are going to do great. i am sure dehydration and tiredness from a long day of driving and sun did not make things any easier. just take it easy this week... well i guess the next two days now... but you will be great!!
