Day 152 - Rash

Alcohol Units: nope
Running Units: 3+ miles
Other exercise Units: nope
Stretching Units: yup

i have a rash over my arms and legs. i don't get rashes. no idea why. it's not lotion, detergent, clothes, new medication, or anything else i can think of. weird.

group run tonight went pretty well. my calf did act up - of course - but i was able to finish the work out. felt pretty good too.

coach gary asked me at the end if i wanted to do a longer run this weekend (to get ready for the marathon since i missed last weekend). i knew the answer he was looking for so i gave it to him - yes! of course i want to run extra miles this weekend. can't wait!

so this weekend i'm doing extra miles. am i scared? yes. am i very scared? yes.

need to stop thinking about it.

i'm glad you felt good after! that's great! so is coach gary going to run the extra miles with you? and how many extra miles are you going to do? how many are you supposed to do this weekend?

supposed to do 10.5 and will do 16-18 instead. most likely 18.

i think coach gary plans on "running" it with me. he's the olympic qualifying marathoner.
