Day 146 - Back to work

Alcohol Units: nope
Running Units: nope
Other exercise Units: home gym work out
Stretching Units: yup

Should be in bed as tired as I am but I'm up watching Jurassic Park 2. Silly me.

Stretched it out tonight and did some arm weights. Definitely need to up the arm work outs. Wait - first focus on the running.

The reality that I'm doing 20 miles this weekend has not hit me yet. At all.
