Day 157 - Pilates

Alcohol Units: nope
Running Units: nope
Other exercise Units: 1 hour of pilates
Stretching Units: yup

Had a great pilates class tonight. One hour of hard work felt mighty nice and WAY easier than the running from last Sunday.

i love pilates and the way it makes me feel after. i have my gym bag here with me at starbucks and am debating about what i'm going to do today ... elliptical, running... both? nah... one or the other... i'm not that ambitious today
