Erin - my kick ass former pilates instructor - found my online friday night. She asked if I wanted to go to yoga with her. I thought, sure why now. Yoga is really hard for me but would be good. I would just need to avoid doing too my lower body work so I wasn't super sore for my Sunday run.
So I met Erin at Harmony Yoga in Redondo Beach. I was nervous as I always am for new classes but excited to have a good work out. Wow. The class about killed me. It was all about the lower body and I just couldn't do most of it. So so so hard. The instructor came over to correct me, asked my name, and then proceeded to correct me from across the room. As in "downward dog everyone - Sarah adjust your hands, other way, no other way, that's it". Yeah fun stuff.
It was still a really good workout and I'm going to keep doing it.
