I'm just back from my run. I was going to go early this morning but instead slept in a bit. I had a whole wheat english muffin with peanut butter (salmonella free I hope) at Katherine's suggestion. It was delicious! After waiting an hour for the muffin to digest I fell asleep. What the heck?? Anyways I went for my run late in the day.
I did the whole 2 minutes running 1 minute walking thing. I did 5 sets of it - 20 minutes and then climbed a HUGE hill. So that took about 40 minutes plus my 5 minute warm up. It's on the light side of my 45-60 minute requirement but it was good. I felt good. :)
I might have a glass of wine tonight with dinner. Haven't decided yet. That's why I put maybe. I can't yet drink alcohol the night before a big run. Apparently my team mates go out and party late and then get up and run. Maybe one day but I'm not there yet.

i love the new image too - how'd you get yours to stretch out like that? i'm not very good at making my image work...
and nice work on the run! next time, no falling asleep! the beauty of pb on a english muffin is that you can eat it and then 15 mins or so later you're set. maybe less. i usually eat mine then head out to meet my group for the run so however long that takes.
oh and i can't drin kthe night before runs at all!! i dont know how they do that. and there's no way i could drink during a run either!! i saw people doing that running the marathon!! crazy people!
i edited the photo in iphoto. cropped the hell out of it to make it long and thin like that. i'd tried a bunch of photos when i set up the account but they were all too big.
