Nothing really fun helped today to be honest. Work was long and busy. Once home I did about a month's worth of laundry and 2 weeks worth of cleaning. All in all a productive evening but no running and no stretching.
To be honest I had a tough time last night after I missed practice. Feeling like I won't be able to do the marathon. While TNT said the program was for beginners I've yet to meet anyone who fits the beginner category as well as I do. I've met a lot of former track/cross country athletes. Also met a bunch of folks who said they were only running 4 miles 3 times a week before they joined. Starting at zero, absolute zero is quite different. Still not feeling great about everything tonight.

cheer up. i started at zero too. and i had to do a lot of walking. i ended up doing 1 min running and 5 min walking for the entire marathon. and even then i didn't keep that pace. know that you can do it. it may not be fast, it may not be pretty... but you'll get through it and will feel so amazing afterwards.
