how did i get to 60? for some reason i thought i'd be feeling better about this running thing by now. unfortunately that is not the case. sigh. i have many miles to go.
stretched everything out tonight. or tried to.
my efforts to do an AM run were thwarted by my decision to stay in bed and sleep that extra hour instead. damn.

howcome i can't find on here exactly when your marathon is and when? is it the long beach one?
i guess i haven't put that up yet. it's the LA marathon in May.
