My fierce pilates partner was injured week before last so she took today off. I took the opportunity to have Erin (kick a** instructor and physical therapist) all to myself. We worked on my lower leg problems and upper leg problems and basically leg problems. She gave me some grrrrrrrreat exercises to do to improve my ankle strength, it band flexibility and hip strength. If I do these exercises they are supposed to help tremendously. I will do these exercises! I'll probably do some tonight just to get started on the right track.
Yowzers got my day # wrong. I had it at 64. It's 8:40PM and I'm exhausted and need to do my floor exercises (the ones Erin gave me today) but it's cold here. I've been making fun on LA people for finding it cold all day but the truth is my apartment has zero insulation so it is cold in here.

do you do the reformer?
yes i do everything. reformer, chair, torture table :) been doing it for a year now.
