Day 81 - Running at lunch

Alcohol Units: 0
Running Units: 2.5 miles
Other exercise Units: 0
Stretching Units: hopefully enough!

Did the lunch time run again but this time didn't go as well. I'm not sure if it's because I ran out of steam or what. Just didn't work out as well as yesterday. Still ran at least 1/3 of it if not more (doing my intervals).

I'm home now. Ate a delicious meal but am still hungry. Actually still really hungry - wtf?? So I need to stretch now and then maybe eat more. Yeah that's what I need - more food - sheesh.

you should be hungry! you are exerting a lot of energy! you need to eat before and after a run - it helps to build the muscle stronger. at least that's what my running coaches say....
