Day 82 - Are you listening?

one of my coaches, coach gary, always says to listen to your body. i'm not great at that. pilates over the last year has helped me realize where my body is in space (sounds weird but hopefully you get what i mean). i'm still struggling with listening to when my body tells me to slow down, speed up, eat something, don't eat, etc. so all this brings me to why i didn't attend my thursday practice. i didn't eat enough during the day and by the time practice came around i had zero energy for it. like i was done. so i didn't listen to my body and paid the price.

i'm still learning.
