Day 58 - Let's stretch it out

Stretching Units: Lots

I spent most of tonight stretching away on my foam roller and with my spindly little ball. I was re-tracing my steps last week and realized that I really didn't stretch Wednesday or Friday. That may have been a factor in my problem Saturday/Sunday. Not too sure but am being more diligent about stretching (also means I'm being more diligent about vacuuming!).

I'm going to try running during the week in addition to my normal schedule. I chatted with Coach Gary about it last Thursday and he said the schedule is really a starting point and I can do more. I didn't make it out of bed this morning to do anything other than get to work with clothes on my back. Tomorrow is Pilates so hopefully Wednesday I'll drag my lazy behind out of bed to run. Knowing that everyone knows I'm supposed to do this should help.
