Update: I decided to do my leg work, side line (hip) work and stretching. I felt much better from exerting that energy.
Yeah still not running. Didn't go to track work out tonight because I feel like sh*t. Still. Went to the doctor who was a tiny man with a huge ego. He was useless. Told me if I'm still not feeling well in 7-10 days to come back. So on top of the 6 days I've already been ill I'm supposed to go another week. Right. That's helpful.
No I'm not bitter.
Okay maybe a little.
