Stretching Units: 30-40 minutes of quality stretching
Another very large storm rolled through SM this afternoon/night. Wow. Huge. I stretched again and all this stretching is getting my muscles all flexible again. Shocking - no - but nice.
Cross fingers tomorrow's run goes well. If we have a repeat of last Sunday I may just quit.
