As I left for pilates I realized the sun was just rising over LA. It's early in the AM and I'm on my way to work out. It's a fantastic feeling getting it over with in the AM it's just a pain to get up that early. I woke at 5:20 thinking it was 6:20, then 5:30 thinking it was 6:20. I hate when that happens.
We did a lot of different stuff today, mid back, legs, core, arms. All good stuff.
I'm going to stretch more tonight in the hopes my little problem from last weekend will go away.
