Ate dinner already but just got SUPER hungry. What's that about?
Been sore today but not too awful. Coach Gary recommended I go stand in the ocean for 10 minutes (instead of icing). That's the plan for tomorrow AM.
Other than that not much to report today. Just lots of stretching. A few weight exercises in my home gym. Oh you didn't know I had a home gym. Yeah it's really nice.

ooooooh! your home gym is almost as good as mine - maybe better! i have some weights and those push up rotating thingys and a pilates ring. speaking of... i need to go get ready for the gym: pilates and a run b/c i was lazy yesterday!
