The day started with bagels and the Myman-Kaplans, then went to the PT store to pick up my very own foam roller (I live an exciting life!) and then back to my house so we could walk to the beach to meet AJ, Rachael and Ari. Katherine and I walked down there so she could lay on the beach with them while I went for my 45-60 minute easy jogging.
I started jogging and my legs were twice as heavy as they've ever been - odd. Kept going and my lower legs started cramping. Maybe cramping isn't the right word but they basically froze up. Even my walking minute was hard. So I only did about 15 minutes of the run-walk thing until I gave up from the pain.
Knowing that I have a 10k tomorrow I want to be up for it. I can't be in pain for that.
I went home and rolled around on the roller ball for a while. Cross fingers that helps.
