Day 49 - Stairs

Alcohol Units: 1 glass of wine
Running Units: 0
Other exercise Units: 30 + minutes of stairs
Stretching Units: oh yes!

This morning I woke up bright and early with the purpose of taking all my goodwill stuff down to the car. I cleaned out the closets (and drawers and cabinets and anything else with crap in it) for the new year plus I had stuff waiting to be taken. I'd had quite a bit of stuff waiting for some help in carrying as one item was a trunk FULL of stuff. Instead I emptied the trunk and took everything down by hand. It took quite a while.

I was supposed to go for a 45-60 minute run. Unfortunately my legs were still killing me and not the good kind of pain. I felt a bit guilty but used the stairs as my exercise for the day.

These are not my stairs. Unfortunately mine are not this pretty and I have 2 sets to traverse.
