Day 46 - Streeeeeeeeeeeetch

Other exercise Units: 0
Stretching Units: oh yeah baby

I rested but I also stretched. and stretched. and stretched a bit more.

I was sore from pilates which doesn't usually happen. Knowing that I have the track workout tomorrow I stretched everything I could.
