Day 39 - Resting

Running Units: 0
Other exercise Units: 0
Stretching Units: a little shoulder stretch

I know shoulder stretching isn't the best. It's something.

I am super annoyed that my building (work) has closed all staircases so I'm forced to take the elevator up to the 2nd floor. That's right folks. 1 floor. Ridiculous!

Practice tomorrow so back to the running - wish me luck. I'm afraid!
