Anyone remember the song from Les Miserables "On My Own"? Love that song. I felt like that on my run today but not in a poor me way. Just the song in my head - that this is all up to me - kind of way.

I waited too long to go, was dehydrated before I even started, and ran out of energy (and maybe a little bit of motivation) pretty quickly. All in all it was a pretty crappy run. Just sayin'.
Then I went to stretch and ended up doing something awful to my neck. Not fun. I decided a glass of wine was needed. Only 1 and a little bit though. I did not over due it by any means!
