Day 51 - Streeeeeeeeeetch

I was sore today! Walking down stairs was the worst. My entire legs (is that proper grammar?) just froze as I tried to descend the stairs to work this morning. I stuck with flats today as the heels aren't helping my leg pain.

While I almost froze in my apartment tonight (I know it's not cold compared to anywhere else in the country but my apartment isn't exactly insulated and I hate to turn on the heat) I did get down on the floor and stretch everything for a bit. It was certainly needed.
