Sleeping off germs seems to be working. By tomorrow I expect to be well. That's the plan. We'll see if my body holds up the agreement.
I did do my side line work that my pilates instructor said would help the hip issues. It was hard. Very hard to do these simple little exercises but at least it's something - right??
