The mileage on today's group run was short (by comparison) BUT I did most of the run at 2 minutes running 1 minute walking! This is a serious accomplishment for me. I'm feeling proud. I took 2 breaks during the run.
First break was a bit farther than I've done at 2:1 and I walked for about 3 minutes taking in water and Shot Blocks (a gift from Jessica Morgan).
Second break was a little past that at the water break. It was almost right in front of Liz and Tim's house so I yelled hi. They didn't hear me but it was pretty early.
So it was a short distance. My running is SLOW. My legs feel like lead. BUT I made progress today or I feel like I did.
Oh, I was doubtful that the mileage was that low today so I drove it to be sure. It was 4 miles.
