Alcohol Units: Far less than the last 3 days but still more than I'm used to

Other exercise Units: Unfortunately No
Stretching Units: Yup
Now begins the resting part of my trip. Between the late nights, early mornings and massive amounts of alcohol I'm spent. 100% out of energy.
I took a nap today but did not do ANY exercise.
