Went on a run tonight. It was hard. The wind didn't help matters. Neither did my calves. Oh and the fact I tied my shoes too tight for the first mile or so. I did stand in the freezing cold ocean for 5-10 minutes. Good times!
Hopefully I'll get to bed early tonight. I tried last night but stayed up reading.
