Other exercise Units: 1 hour of cardio and weights in the gym
Stretching Units: Yup
Woke up early today and hit the gym. Had to be quick about it in case the bride needed me.
Hit the spa for a few hours with pre-wedding primping.
Then the wedding which was beautiful and the reception which was fabulous. I did wear heals which did not do my legs any good but looked good (I hope).
