Day 121 - I missed you

Alcohol Units: 0
Running Units: 0
Other exercise Units: weights in the old home gym
Stretching Units: Yes!

I came home to my wonderful foam roller tonight. I missed it. We spent some quality time working through some of my issues. The foam roller caused me great pain working through those tough spots but in the end I'll be grateful. After time with the foam roller I moved onto stretching, then some qt with a tennis ball and ended up with a few sets with the free weights.

No running as I was flying in the AM, working in the PM, and collapsing when I got home.
