Day 260 - Power

Alcohol Units: nope
Running Units: nope
Other exercise Units: 7 miles power walking
Stretching Units: oh yes. oh yes. oh yes. oh yes.

what do you do after spending days moving and feeling crappy? wake up early and go on a 7+mile power walk. yeah i'm smart. walk was good.

came home and fell fast asleep and have felt crappy the rest of the day.

notice there have been no posts about running in over a week now. NONE. 1/2 marathon in 2 weeks is going to be very interesting.

what's a power walk? i am only familiar with its nap form.

a power walk involves arm pumping, hip shaking, soccer mom style hustle. we move our legs as fast as possible without expending the energy to pick them up and run.
