didn't do too much today just some upper body work in the old home gym and some lunges around all the boxes. the lunges were like an obstacle course. really not a great work out but my arms thanked me for working them a bit. they miss the weights.

hmmm...should think about doing something with my weights. you know, other than moving them around the apartment to dust under and around them.
