Day 246 - it's called power

Alcohol Units: none
Running Units: none
Other exercise Units: 7+ miles of walking
Stretching Units: yup

Went on a long walk with my hairdresser/friend Essly this AM. I use the term walk loosely as I was definitely in work out mode keeping up with Essly. She walks damn fast.

While it was great to be out there and go that far my feet started bothering me again. I think my shoes were made for running and when I walk they get angry.

did you have a point of destination? friends here always want to walk "around" and i'm always couching for a destination point so i can remain motivated. doesn't usually happen. grr.
