I'm not good at yoga. It's hard. I'm not good with the breathing. I get restless in class. It gets really hot and I sweat now. All foreign to me.
Essly (hair dresser extraordinaire) convinced me to join her for a class this morning. I was supposed to go on a run yesterday morning with the running group I joined but STILL HAVEN'T ATTENDED!!!!! I slept through it. Slept for about 13 maybe even 14 hours and fell fast asleep last night again. Remember when I said I'm exhausted all the time? WTF??
Anyways yoga was good. It was hard. Really hard but good.
