Stretching Units: none
Was a very bad runner girl and did not running and no stretching and no home gym work today. I did manage to pull my calf muscle while trying to stretch it (was sitting at the doc's office just stretching my feet and BAM! pain).
Hopefully tomorrow will be running day - if my calf heels.
I must admit I'm also trying to ward off a nasty bug that has infected almost my entire office in the past two weeks.
