Other exercise Units: 1 hour of pilates
Stretching Units: yes - tons
I had my first real exercise tonight. One hour of pilates which was good. Very very good. We started the class with intense stretching that got well intense. Moved on to strength exercises but the stretching was the best part. It felt so good to be moving again. Now once I get my toe nails back in line we can hit the road again.
