Wow getting back on the road today was hard but worth it. I've got the Disneyland 1/2 in September to keep me motivated. Hopefully while training for this I can focus on my intervals and speed. Training for the marathon it was all about the mileage and I couldn't work on anything other than logging those miles.

it's tough. i know the feeling. i'm going to start doing 2 a days. running in the morning and a class at some other point in the day. but not everyday - dont worry... i'm not completely insane.
are you still doing the disney 1/2 in sept?
